Awakening Healing and Yoga is an Energy Healing and Yoga Studio in Slinger, WI. We offer an array of classes to focus on your physical and mental wellbeing, Nutrition Response Testing® for your nutritional support and a variety of energy healing modalities to assist you on your journey of feeling whole; emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
We are here to honor and empower your journey toward personal growth and well-being whether that is on the mat, with nutritional support or energy healing. We are not just a place to move your body, but a space of non-judgement, love and encouragement to be the best version of yourself imaginable. Yoga is a practice of breathing, moving your body into physical postures, and resting to replenish yourself. By moving through a yoga class, you are able to clear your mind of outside clutter and be present on your mat; allowing yourself to heal on many levels. Barre HIIT Fusion is a fun and challenging workout that will tone your whole body! Barre is a mixture of ballet, functional fitness and yoga. It is a physical way to use your own body weight, the ballet barre and a few props to create a functional workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised. Pairing this with a HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) style of working out, 45 seconds of movement and 15 seconds of rest, for fast results!
Goaga (Goats + Yoga) is a gentle yoga class with Nigerian Dwarf Goats. The Goats add a playful and humorous element to our practice. If you are looking for a serious and silent yoga class, this is not it. This is a class that teaches you to release all expectations and just go with the flow.
Nutrition Response Testing® is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the root cause of ill health. It uses Kinesiology, or muscle testing, to communicate with the body’s own innate intelligence to evaluate the body’s response to food sensitivities, immune system challenges, and metal and chemical toxicities to determine the root cause of disharmony in the body. Crystals have vibrational energy and have been used throughout history as a source of healing power. Reiki (pronounced ’raykey’) is the practice of transmitting healing energy through the hands. Reiki is a subtle form of energy healing which brings about healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki is based on the philosophy that there is a universal energy that supports the body’s inherent self-healing abilities. We offer Reiki Healing Sessions and Reiki Trainings with Attunements.
Tapping (EFT and TFT) works with lightly tapping the fingers on specific meridian lines to send communication to the brain and energetic body. Tapping provides relief from chronic pain, emotional problems, addictions, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder and much more.
Birthday Parties / Athletic Teams / Scout Troops / Bachelorette Parties – Private classes are available for yourself or your group.
Wedding Officiant / Minister Services are offered to help you celebrate your special day in the setting of your choice, creating the wedding of your dreams.
