Beginner Yoga is a great class for beginners or anyone looking to come back to the basics of yoga. Whether focusing on the tight areas of the body or working through poses to understand where the body should be and which muscle to use to safely perform the pose, you will walk away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.


Gentle Yoga is a great class for students of all levels. This class focuses on stretching the tight parts of the body by holding poses or with slow mindful movements.


Yoga for All is slow flowing practice with modifications for every level and body. Deepen your practice by connecting movement and breath in this fun flowing class.


Mindful Flow is an active class flowing from pose to pose; welcoming of students of all levels. As we flow, pose variations are offered to meet you where you are in your yoga practice. This is a great class to get your heart pumping and your body moving.


Warm Flow Yoga gets your body moving and the heart pumping in a heated studio (low – mid 80’s). This class is for students who are ready to amp up their practice with a fun and active flow. Students will gain strength, stamina, balance and more flexibility in this class.


Barre HIIT Fusion is a fun and challenging workout that will tone your whole body! Barre is a mixture of ballet, functional fitness and yoga. It is a physical way to use your own body weight, the ballet barre and a few props to create a functional workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised. Pairing this with a HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) style of working out, 45 seconds of movement and 15 seconds of rest, for fast results!
